Top FRCE Supervisor Named for Outstanding Service Leadership
A noteworthy achievement was celebrated recently as Michael Wagoner of Fleet Readiness Center East (FRCE) was honored with the 2024 Supervisor of the Year title. His commitment to fostering productivity, efficiency, and team morale through open dialogue and employee growth played a significant role in his recognition.
In a virtual ceremony on October 24, Naval Aviation Systems Command (NAVAIR) highlighted Wagoner’s accomplishments, alongside 11 other supervisors from across the organization selected from nearly 100 nominations. FRCE contributed five nominees to this competitive pool.
Recognizing Wagoner’s impact, FRCE Commanding Officer Capt. Randy J. Berti praised him as a leader whose support for the workforce and warfighters alike stands out. Berti emphasized Wagoner’s capabilities in effective communication and team respect.
Wagoner, who leads the Engines and Dynamic Components Branch within the Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul Engineering Depot Support Team at FRCE, attributed his recognition to the persistent efforts of his team. He views the award as a reflection of their collective dedication and success.
