MEDITERRANEAN SEA – A collision occurred involving the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75) and the merchant vessel Besiktas-M at around 11:46 p.m. local time on February 12. The incident took place near Port Said, Egypt, in the Mediterranean Sea.
