Reserve Sailors Gear Up for Battle with MARLIN Training’s Advanced Preparation
Twice a year, Reserve Sailors from the Navy’s operational fleets converge at the Naval War College in Newport, Rhode Island. The occasion is the MARLIN Operational Level of War training event.
